Tori's Fourth Month Stats

Tori had her fourth month checkup today, and she is 12 pounds and 15 ounces. That is 34th percentile for weight and 73th percentile for length. I thought she was looking on the longer side. As of now she is rolling around, jiber jabbering, playing with toys, pulling hair, smiling and laughing, grabbing things, tripod sitting, and trying to crawl around. She actually can get several inches in a few minutes. She is a strong little girl, and most importantly healthy.

Married 2 Years. Whoop Whoop!

Jake and I just celebrated our second wedding anniversary. To celebrate we went to Vancouver, WA. On our anniversary we went to church, walked along the Columbia River, skipped rocks in the river, and watched a movie. Jake professed his love to me by telling me he loved me a billion chagillon trillion times as many times he skipped a rock across the river. On his first attempt he skipped the rock zero times. On his next he did better and said that was the one that counted. I have such a sweet husband.

These two years have been so wonderful. I am so blessed to have such a respectful, smart, loving, caring, sexy, funny, generous, honest, romantic, understanding, extremely patient, hard working, handy, supportive, and great kissing husband for all eternity who is perfect for me. He has helped me become a better person, and is continuing to do so. He fills my heart with joy. I am so happy he is mine, and I delight in the knowledge that he will be mine forever. He is my best friend and find comfort that never loose my best friend not even through death.

Jake, Lalu.

Vacation to Washington

For Memorial Day and Jake and I's second anniversary we went to visit Dennison, Robin, and Carter in Vancouver, WA. Dennison and Robin have been our good friends and when they moved away from Utah we cried. Well I did, thats how much we like those guys. It was great to see them again.

It was a long drive at 13 hours but Tori did well, and parts of the dive were absolutely beautiful. The most beautiful part was threw Oregon along the Columbia River. There were big green pine trees, black rock cliffs, and waterfalls. I counted 12 waterfall along the way. That part country is breathtaking.

While we were there we hung with Dennison, Robin , and Carter, went to the coast, had donuts at the famous Voodoo Donuts, walked along the Columbia River, visited Portland, and most importantly got our sizzle on. When Dennison and Robin lived here we went to Sizzler a few time and now it's tradition. Over all it was a relaxing and fun trip.

A cute message we wrote with rocks on the beach.

Dennison and Jake.

Just Being

Sorry I haven't been on for a while, but with the good weather I am spending my time out doors. I have been hiking, walking, gardening, biking, visiting neighbors, going to parks, or meeting with one of my little groups. I have two mom groups, a hiking group, and a sisters group I was adopted into. I have been having fun!
Jake and Tori are doing great as well. Jake and I got bikes and we got Tori a bike trailer. At first I was hesitant to say yes to the bikes but now I am so happy we got them because biking around is turning out to be a great family activity. Plus as old as our kids get everyone can be included.
We have also started to remodel our back ward and as of now have about a 3rd of the fence put up. Our yard will be pimp when it is done. Then we will have a real BBQ with all our friends and family. I am so stoked.
Tori is growing like a weed. It is so exciting to see grow and learn to do new things. When she wants she will roll over from her back or tummy. She is even figuring out how to laugh a little. Oh my little Tort( yes call her Tort) is so fun. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful little baby.
Anyway here some cute pictures of Tori.

Tori Rolled Over

Like the title says Tori rolled over all by her self today! Unfortunately I didn't get to see her great achievement because while she was doing tummy time I was making dinner. When I came back in to the living room and saw she was on her back I put her back on her tummy to see if see would roll again. But she didn't. I think the first time tuckered her right out.
