Snow Boardind With Nina

.
I went snowboarding with my little sister Nina today. It was a blast! That little girl cracked me up, as you will see in one of the videos. She was awesome at snowboarding. This was only her second time to go and she was just as good as me. I bet if she lived here she could go pro. I did okay. I work on carving and got better at it, although I did go chin first in the icy snow. Don't worry friends I am okay.

Skills

Last Tuesday the 11th I went to enrichment and left Tori home with Jake. While he was giving her a bottle look what she did. She held her bottle all by her self. So cute. The next time we gave her a bottle she forgot her bottle holding skill.

Roar

Today, which is Sept 25, I decided to go through my unpublished posts and delete any that were blank and had never been intended to be a post in the first place. During my clean up I found this picture of Tori and decided to post it after all this time because it wasn't just a blank post and it makes me smile.

Family

I'm not the only one enjoying Tori, Grandma Sherrie, Grandpa Wayne, and Hannah are loving having Tori around, too. Sherrie has shown her excitement by helping Jake and I watch Tori when ever we ask. She has also made Tori quite few quilts. I didn't think I would use them all but I have. I am so happy that I have them. Tori is sure lucky to have Grandma Sherrie around.

Grandpa Wayne is excited to get Tori in the garage working on hot rods. It is to soon to tell what she will be into but maybe grandpa can help her hot rod her Barbie jeep out.

Hannah has been an awesome big cousin to Tori. After family dinner Hannah helped me by assisting me in changing Tori's diaper and snapping her onesies up. Hannah also enjoys holding Tori just like the rest of the family. Luckily Tori doesn't mind being past around.

At the end of the month Tori will get to meet Grandma Beth, Papaw, her aunts Candida, Camilla, and Nina, and her cousins Righlie and Emily. Elaine Curry and her family is also coming up to see Tori. I am so excited I can barley wait.

I am having so much fun with Tori. She is getting really good at holding her head up and is swinging her legs around trying turn over. She is also starting to smile. I can't wait till she starts to giggle.

I know it looks like I am licking her head, but I 'm not. I like the
picture though.

Spring!

I am so excited, spring is well on its way. I am sure winter will show its ugly little face several more time in next little while but look what coming up in my garden. Flowers! I believe these are crocuses. I didn't plant them so if any of you know what they are let me know. What I do know is that these little buggers lift my spirits and put a smile on my face. Plus, today was an exceptionally nice February day. It was so nice I went on a picnic with Tori, Theo, Amber Logas, Summer Logas, and Brittany Logas. I brought my camera but I left the memory card at home. Tori slept most of the time and I enjoyed the sun and spending time with my friends. It has been a little hard this past month being cooped up in the house alone with Tori. So I am more excited than I have been in the past for spring to arrive.

Some cute pictures of Tori.

Jake likes holding Tori upside down and she doesn't mind it one bit.

Theo and Tori

For those of you that don't know Theo, he is my dog. He is a maltese/schnauzer mix, is almost two and half years old, likes to jump in laps, and lick people's faces, but will make due with their hands. Jake got him for me when we were dating and, Theo has been my pal ever since. He has done well with Tori around. There has been a few times where I look away and I look back and Theo is standing on her. And this morning he licked her eye. He hasn't he hurt her though. He is learning how to be close to her without over stepping his bounds. He is starting to become protective of her and is excepting her into the family.
