So for a while now I have been wanting to try aqua aerobics. At my old gym the classes started at 5 in the morning. I had one thing to say, yeah right. I also considered going to the Provo rec center's aqua classes but I didn't want to hand over the cash when I was already paying one gym. Now I have switched gyms and I attended my very first aqua cardio class. I had so much fun. I felt like little kid splashing around playing Simon says. I had to restrain my self from doing handstands and flips. A few times I got a little excited and started to do the moves wrong and the instructor kept yelling at me. Oh well. But, I think I will go again. Oh, yes and it was a good work out. However I am completely out of shape and lifting Tori seems like workout to me. My only word of advice don't knock before you try it.
